Papa Johns Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

7 Jan 2021 (Dalzell, SC), I placed an order on the app for delivery and the app showed 108 minutes. After 120 minutes, I called to ask where my pizza is,, and the person on the phone stated they had only 2 drivers and 200 orders. Of course, I cancelled my order. My thought is, if you have 200 orders, why can't you offer enough money to hire more drivers than just 2. Just ridiculous. when I live 10 minutes from papa johns and they can't bring my order within 1 hour. Yes, I could drive to get it but I choose to pay a delivery fee and driver tip so I can have some convenience. I guess I'm just another customer they lose. Papa John at Peach Orchard road in Dalzell, SC, is awful at best.

While the food is delicious no matter what time I order it's always almost a 2 hour wait, they forget 1 or more items I ordered and ALWAYS despite me saying every time that I will be at my mailbox, they ALWAYS drive right past me. I got tired of not getting what I paid for and always waiting 2 hours only to have them drive past me and either not bother to call or only notice me the SECOND time they drive past... the fact that the food is good is the only reason I don't give a 1 star

I went the other day to get a papadia and asked for bacon and mushrooms. When I got it my bacon was raw. I contacted corporate and the manager of the store called me to say they never served raw food. I told her that I have pictures and she told me I was mistaking they don’t ever get raw food. Child please. Pictures don’t lie. And it’s very rude for a person to call some one a liar and unprofessional.

pizza was good (can be a little heavy on the sauce). Armed hot. a little disappointed the driver did not offer paperboard, crushed red paprika, Parmesan cheese or serviettes. a good pizza (pepperoni, sausage and six cheese). we will order again.
