Papa Johns Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Several issues with this order!: 1. We ordered on 11/10/23 on the app at 14:00. The app said our order had been delivered to us at 14:39 but it had not been. I rang restaurant to ask where our food was and the man said it would be another 5/6 minutes. The order arrived at 14:55. The app is clearly inaccurate. 2. The female delivery driver handed over our food and said how much she liked the houses on our estate, she then asked how much our house cost and how many bedrooms we havewhat the heck?! 3. We ordered the extra hot meat feast pizza which should have hot sauce drizzled on top to make it hot, but it had no hot sauce on so was not hot 4. I rang the Papa Johns restaurant again to complain...

We waited over an hour for the food to be delivered, I rang to ask where our order was twice to be told it was on its way and would be 5 minutes it finally arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes after ordering. The pizza was greasy and devoid of flavour. The sides which were supposed to be for 2 people were just about enough for 1 person and all stuck in the same box so tha gives you an idea of portion sizes. We had the cinnamon sticks and they were like cinnamon sprinkled cardboard. In all this was £40 that I might just have well thrown straight in the bin as that is where this order ended up!

Called up to ask how long the food would be as it said it had been sent out for delivery 45 minutes ago. Was told to “just wait till it gets to you” shocking customer service!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Says open, but they are not, atlesst say your closed... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The shop has been closed for over a month now. Don't think they are going to reopen.
