Papa Rays Pizza And Wings

We've been going here for over 5 years now. It's my favorite pizza place. But the quality has been declining and they almost always got our order wrong. We took it in stride because we understand accidents happen. But tonight, I received my pizza and it was so severely undercooked, it looked like it had been throw in a microwave. When I arrived to pick up my replacement, 5 minutes after the alotted time, I'm told it'll be 2 to 3 minutes and it ends up being more like 10. Every customer in the store had a similar story. Sad to say, I will not be going back. Also, no body was wearing masks and neither was their delivery driver.

This is the worst pizza I ever had they told me my order would be here in a hour and 30 mins it took 2 hours in 30 mins just to have a burned pizza and cold. I called the next morning for a refund because I didn’t eat it they offered store credit no refund and when I asked to speak to a manger she hung up on meWould not recommend

I live just down the street from this place. The service is absolutely horrific and the pizza is sub-par at best. Just go to Rosati's instead, it's extremely close-by. Don't believe these other generic reviews. Every time I go to this place because I'm too lazy to make food myself, it's never worth it.

THE BEST Pizza place in Carol Stream. Home of the Monster Slice, classic cheese and fries type of place, the people that work here are amazing and nice, the drivers are hard earned workers. Taste of fries and cheese and sauce is amazing, including the cheese.

the worst pizza I've ever had. I paid $30.00 for this terrible pizza. the crust was understated, I can't say enough as our $30.00 dollar pizza we put quite a lot of a game to our money. never order again and I hope no one will waste you mooney on you!
