Update on 6/18: This restaurant is a family-owned franchise. I understand that in these circumstances, sometimes everyone has to pitch in and do various jobs. Tony (who handles phone orders and delivery) and I got off to a great start. The service and interaction were excellent. If they make some improvements, I would recommend giving them another chance. Original review: I am a big fan of Italian food, but the person who takes the phone orders for delivery is not pleasant to deal with. He is sarcastic, argumentative, and disrespectful.
