Pappardelle's Pizzeria

The food is delicious, but when there was an issue with my order, the restaurant did not call me, they waited for the dasher to arrive and have him call me! I have now ordered nearly an hour ago, and still it is not out for delivery when I should have been done eating by now! This is the second time I'm ordering from them through here and will most likely be my last. I hope my food hasn't been sitting there getting cold for the last 30 min.
