Tried giving Pappy's another chance through Uber Eats. They aren't competent enough to put the entire order in the bag. I called to complain about what was missing and they said it was sitting there, to order it again and they'd send it. WTF? Pay twice? The idiot then got irate with me when I told him I wouldn't do that and yelled at me. Don't waste your time or money on this **** diner. You'll get better service ANYWHERE ELSE. Thomas, don't lie. Tom went above and beyond to make our Christmas Eve birthday breakfast happen! Thank you for honoring your commitment to provide your services to our family on Christmas Eve morning. The food was fresh and delicious and was the perfect addition to our celebration. We will order again next year!

It's disappointing the place isn't cleaned better. This establishment is always packed and typical wait times can be up to 45 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is great.

Place can be cleaner. Food is good. Steak and eggs plate is my favorite, when they're not out of steaks that is. Get there early. Skillets are good too.
