Warm welcome, very well executed kitchen, impeccable service, but nothing that surprises the senses. When you get the ingredients available on the menu, you read surprising and exciting things. When you’re served with cauliflower, fish, calf, a relatively thin cheese tray, a dessert whose originality resides in blown rice, and one after dessert that you’d find in a tea lounge, you’re saying that you’ve gone by alongside dishes that could have been much more elaborate. We spent an excellent dinner at the Ecrin, for the first time, it was a very good discovery above our expectations, the staff is very welcoming and the sommelier provided very good advice on wine. Thanks again to the staff for this experience!
