Warm welcome, very well executed kitchen, impeccable service, but nothing that surprises the senses. When you get the ingredients available on the menu, you read surprising and exciting things. When you’re served with cauliflower, fish, calf, a relatively thin cheese tray, a dessert whose originality resides in blown rice, and one after dessert that you’d find in a tea lounge, you’re saying that you’ve gone by alongside dishes that could have been much more elaborate. The sommelier was very pleasant, but by asking for a dry champagne, we had a very good champagne, certainly, but very round, with liquorous notes. A disappointment, sincerely.
