Great dog and family friendly place nestled in the middle of Reading University grounds. Lots of green space for the kids to let off steam and free dog treats for the K9s. Food and drink choices are good and reasonably priced. Plenty of space outside under large umbrellas or inside.

Lovely venue, daughters wedding reception was held here, excellent food, very reasonably priced drinks, plenty of space for tables, dancing and a terrace, rest rooms were clean and easily accessible, There is wheelchair parking and entrance. Family and friends had a fantastic day

Great value for the price! I love the sweet potato fries and the double-barreled academia lager. My friends and I make it a tradition to go there every Wednesday after our football game and enjoy 2 pints together.

I have worked at this restaurant myself and have also enjoyed their food and drinks. It is very peaceful with a great selection of beers. I highly recommend trying their food.
