Park Lane - Reservar uma mesa

I went with some friends for thr drag bottomless Brunch at the weekend and it was amazing. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The cocktails flowed and the atmosphere was electric. We had the whole cocktail menu to choose from, plus gin and Prosecco so there was plenty of choice. As soon as we were handed our cocktails we were asked to order our next one, which didnt take long. It was so well organised. And the food was amazing too, I couldn't fault anything. The premises were clean and well looked after. We're definitely booking for the next one.

Worst customer service, delayed drinks (over 45 minutes) messed up drinks orders, manager then came down and said “**** off we don’t want your money” absolutely appalling behaviour. Stay well clear, plenty of other nice places in Torquay. After going elsewhere park lane has been known to have this customer service

Quiet Sunday evening drinks. First time here, and was impressed. Comfortable surroundings, friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous cocktails...and bit of cheer me up music. Enjoyable visit.
