Parkhotel - Reservar uma mesa

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is centrally located in Helmstedt. Breakfast is good. Dinner at the restaurant is just as delicious, but takes too long to prepare. There were two tables and we had to wait 50 minutes. What are you doing when the restaurant is full? Unfortunately, it also has a negative effect on trainees. In case of misbooking, guests were cured and vaccinated. There was no explanation of how to avoid misbooking and, if necessary, how to adjust the procedure. A question whether you can go to the bar with 8 people in the evening was rejected for the reason that you would have only 5 seats. That was very surprising if you don't need sales, we're going somewhere...

We were a guest at the Parkhotel while visiting family in Helmstedt. Our room was large and comfortable. The bed was excellent. The breakfast is ample with good choices. We had dinner outdoors in the beautiful biergarten and enjoyed an excellent meal with good pricing. During our visit, my husband became ill. The hotel staff were gracious an accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed until he felt better.

Super hotel. Top price/performance. Apartment under the roof with cozy sofa corner. Bathroom with window and separate shower/bath. The fireplace room invites you to cozy dinners. The menu offers a good home kitchen. No more and no less. Location of the hotel is good. Near downtown. It's not far to the highway. This hotel is definitely recommended. Cons: no elevator, slow Wi-Fi/Internet.

We decided to eat here whilst staying in the hotel, which I have already reviewed. We were glad we had as the food was very good. It was asparagus season and we all indulged in various formats! The Hollandaise with mine was excellent and the meat courses were also well prepared. Service was good and we would eat here again. There is also a small beer garden which is attractive.

We ate in the outsiderestaurant several evenings and found both food and service very satisfiing. Very nice!
