Parma Trattoria Mozzarella

Writing this review while I'm still sitting here because this place is AMAZING. Little bit of a wait to get in on a Friday night, but it was so worth it!! We got the lasagna, a bufala salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and rigatoni and every dish was STELLAR. Fastest service I've ever received at a restaurant...our food was out 5 minutes after ordering. Michael was our server and was fantastic, attentive, very knowledgeable about the wine selection, and made great food suggestions for our party's dietary needs. I'm only visiting the Denver area for the weekend, but would seek this place out again next time and highly recommend it.

Caesar Salat was excellent. Pizza was a large part and with a genuine Italian taste. Coccoli was good, but too salty. Water was very good.

Emillio's restaurant continues to impress us with their delicious red sauce risotto and clams vongole. We had previously been disappointed by subpar service and lower quality dishes, but we are happy to say that the restaurant is back to its usual high standard. The wine list is excellent and possibly the best in the Northwest Denver area.

How good can italian food be? This good. Parma Trattoria is as good as it gets. The gnocchi was fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the pesto in olive oil instead of hard lumpy cold butter for the bread appetizer. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant felt very safe from covid-19.

This restaurant on the northwest side of the city serves the best Italian food. I love it. The service is excellent and I usually dine in for dinner. The price per person is in the range of $20 to $30.
