Pasta Cafe Italian Bistro

Service was great by waitress but the manager was a B1tch. I waited a whole hour for my food and when the manager comes and offered us cheese she only gave my partner cheese and I got ignored, the waitress brought me cheese later on. Incredible how a 20 year old lady can give a better service than a 35 year old B1tch that 's also the manager. Btw not only I waited for an entire hour for the food but after 20 minutes they offered us a to go boxes never coming back. Pic of the manager .

The food was delicious and really came out. The bread and oil before the meal was a beautiful starter. There are local dishes such as green Chili Alfredo with the green chilies that make the Hatch Valley famous. Definitely worth the stop. This is not knocking against the facility, but they, like so many other restaurants around the nation, are short staff so the waiting period can be long, but they try very hard to make the guest comfortable and feel cared for while you wait.

Came to eat dinner with my boyfriend during our road trip. This place was AMAZING! A million times better than Olive Garden (Olive Garden is a safe choice for Italian restaurants since it?s a chain). I wish they had a restaurant down here in Texas. I think about this place at least once a month? Haha.

It was great. The restaurant itself is so cool and well layed out. The food was delicious from the appetizer to dessert. I enjoyed my meal and my server was great. He was very knowledgeable about the dishes. I'd come back next time I'm in Roswell.

The food was delicious don't get me wrong but I feel like it was played up a little bit. I come from Italian family and when you give me that kind of food I want that kind of portion. Maybe I'm being picky but definitely left hungry still...
