It's been years since I didn't come from the museum in Epinal.I knew the Museum Pastry, objectively, I find that the former owner had a better line of the store: Showcase visible on the street, larger tea room, more pleasant space at the counter.The pastry shop of Julien Lambert is well balanced and tasty, the format corresponds well since the entremet is not light on the raw materials used. The price is correct.The winch lacks benevolence and smiles. The little mistake is on the label that is in cardboard while it should be in chocolate.
