Disappointed today. I usually have good food here. But then again I’ve never ordered their patty melt. I’ve never had a patty melt where the meat doesn’t even come close to the edge of the bread. Where is the Swiss cheese? The meal was not worth $11. And a cup of soup does not qualify as a bowl. When I questioned the wait staff, they asked the cooks and were told that’s how it is. When we got the bill for the patty melt, the soup, a soda and one drink, it was over $96. My husband happened to see the charge go across our phone and caught the mistake before the waitress brought the bill to the table so we were prepared. I understand mistakes can be made. It happens. What we have here is a delicacy for your mouth. Tomken's famous friendliness Friday Fish Fry. For $3 I added three panko crust shrimps. The shrimps are crispy on the outside, but still melt in the mouth. I write a lot of reviews, and Google considers me to be a top expert who writes creative reports to help you decide where to go. If you get the possibility of frits or potato pancakes from a famous friendly staff, you will get the pancakes. You have to try the potato pancakes. The best part of Tomkins is family. Mom and Pop are your neighbors, they're your friends, they're your loved ones. This makes Tompkins one of the best hidden gems of Milwaukee. Bock horn glue

The place was busy for a Friday afternoon, and only one bartender and one waitress. I totally understand staffing issues, but we were greeted by the waitress shortly after arriving and got our orders in, recieved our food and beverage and then didn’t see her for a hour. The bar wasn’t too busy, so the bartender came over and got our drinks refilled in the meantime. Otherwise, great place, clean, and plenty of space.

Fabulous bar and restaurant. The outdoor patio is very nice and the wait staff and bartenders are a 10 . Highly recommend their fish fry, appetizers and all items on the menu. One of our favorite places to watch sporting events and they also have shuttles to Brewers games etc.

All good no problems staff was friendly and fast. The drinks were cold and the pizza was hot and delicious.
