It's a Fredericksburg institution! Great family, food and service to the community. Has everything you need from coffee and doughnuts for the office to a wedding cake and all sorts of pastries and goodies in between (not to mention the must-have pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving! . Cannot say enough good things about this business.

Took my 2 year old in there for the first time like my wife’s dad took her in there when she was young. Paul’s has THE best doughnuts around. When you are in Fredericksburg you Have To go to Paul’s. They have EVERYTHING and the peach filled doughnuts are to die for. I love this place.

A friend brought me the gluten free donuts yesterday and they were fantastic! By far the best gluten free treat I've ever had since becoming gluten free a little over a year ago. Thank you for giving us with a wheat allergy options!

Mmmmm, amazing. I have eaten baked goods all up and down the east coast, and Paul's Bakery is The BEST that I have ever had! Hands down, without a dought. To top it off, they are great people too! Win, Win!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Gluten free doughnuts!! What a great find. I even bought a GF cookie in every flavor! They are incredible. Will return. If it's your first time, you also receive a free doughnut.
