Pax Hill Pizza to Go

I remember when I first came to town and discovered this pizza shop I was quite excited... these days it's got competition around town. But when I first came to town I lived on the opposite side of town.. .nowadays I am much closer to the store. Oddly enough I have been to other stores nearby but never walked into this one. I don't feel the need as they offer a delivery service. I had pizza on Friday night and there was an hour and a half before my order came , so it's slow delivery. You really do need to think ahead, and if you want it quicker service... you will need to drive to the store. But the young man delivering the pizza was delightful. I read the reviews, which pointed out the very best around , they delivered well to my hospital bed, but to me I was a little disappointing, I asked for a thin family with the lot with jalapenos and got a thick crust family with the lot, the thing was huge bacon peices and way to much cheese and the pizza dough was a little under cooked about another 10 minutes more , coming from a exchef its all dough and cheese and did not look like it's picture on website

Travelling through Traralgon decided to Google GF Takeaway and came across Pax Hill Pizza Shop of which had good reviews. It was worth getting off the Highway for. The staff were friendly , professional the pizza was beautiful. We’ll done guys!!! For anyone who’s new to Gluten Free (anything pastry can be pretty average to say the least?! I can assure you it’s one of the best pizza bases I have had. My only regret is I don’t live closer!!

Family pizza ordered via the online app which was good. Service not great, 3 or so young girls more interested in their conversation than my pizza. Pizza was tasty however quite wet on the bottom. Won't rush back...
