Pazzo Mmx Italian - Reservar uma mesa

First time there after hearing a lot of good things, so we were surprised a bit surprised at the mediocrity. We were seated in the covered patio area which has open panels to the outside. Completely over air-conditioned to the point of being uncomfortable. The chairs are annoyingly low to the ground so the table rises up to the chest, making you feel like a 5 year-old sitting at the grown-up table after your parents ran out of phone books. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone came to our table and it was a fairly light crowd at that point. After that things got better. The craft cocktails were very good. We have been to Pazzo many times and have had a great time. Unfortunately , last night was not stellar. We waited 35 minutes for an appetizer and another 45 minutes for our entrees. The waitress was wonderful but the kitchen needs help. Extremely slow ! We are hoping this is a one time event but we came very close to leaving and that is not good an incentive to coming back. Hopefully, they can fix the kitchen soon.

Our waiter, Eli, was fantastic. The food was amazing. We sat in the patio and there was a bit of a fly issue. The kitchen also had an issue and the entrees took a long time to come out, but they did apologize and offer complimentary beverages. At one point, a busser was hammering a table next to us and a rowdy group was sat behind us, but that can’t really be helped. The food and service were truly excellent!

The bronzino was delicious, but a little too much artichoke with it. Restaurant started to get busy, but we were in no hurry. Always love the Tower for 2 dessert.
