we had a wonderful time in the peacock alley for afternoon tea. the ambiente was beautiful and they had a harp player who played excellent, but it was very loud as we sat right in front of her. the food we received was delicious, but for the price we wanted only that there was a little more substance to the sandwiches and we expected at least 2 pots of fresh tee together with the experience, but they offered only 1 tea aroma and then came to fill the already used pot with hot water, but of course the strength suffered with refilling. the cold water we were told was simply filtered water, but we discovered an almost licorice like taste that I did not love a fan of but my man. they brought us...

High tea has always been a favorite of mine. The wait staff forgot about us and never brought our food until we finally asked. The savory sandwiches were delicious but you definitely needed more of them. The scones and the dessert were delicious. The lady seating guests was not a pleasant person after asking about where we were seated. This position needs a person with exquisite people skills. She was lacking.

beautiful experience. the server led those who were not familiar with tee steep and use loose tee. had to demand a refill of hot water twice. eating was good, exactly what was expected from the high tea selection and has asked and accommodate special diet requirement allergies and preferences.

the service and the variety of tees were excellent. the note was the homemade scene that was generously provided to everyone. Often there are only one smidgeon of cream available for a large group or a few small glasses of the packaged lemon or jam.
