Peacock’s Grill - Reservar mesa

We have eaten at Peacocks over the last four years and have always enjoyed creative and well prepared cuisine plus excellent service. But it has now gone horribly wrong! The restaurant has been moved into the bar which still has a bar that you cannot use! The surroundings are stark and unappealing and there is zero atmosphere. Part of what was the dining room is now a theatre seated bar with a big screen hideous. The menu has shrunk and is unimaginative and cooking average. Who has beeninstrumental in initiating this nonsense? Crazy. Best to regard it as a no go area now. I feel sorry for the staff who are unfailingly courteous and helpful. But they can only do so much faced with idiotic dir...

O restaurante está em um conservatório de vidro principalmente com vista para o terraço e jardins bonitos. Tenho certeza que na primavera/verão é um ambiente agradável, mas nas noites escuras de inverno falta a sensação acolhedora de outros restaurantes. O bar em anexo tem fogos na parede, mas nunca os vi acesos, talvez sejam apenas uma característica de design. O bar tem música ao vivo às vezes que melhora a atmosfera. O cardápio no inverno é limitado, a comida é OK, mas muito caro para porções relativamente pequenas. Pão recém-assado em muito bom.

Adorável restaurante de hotel. O bar é ótimo para uma bebida antes do jantar também. Funcionários excepcionais e comunicativos. A comida é fresca e leva um pouco mais de tempo, mas definitivamente vale a pena esperar. Vinhos fantásticos também disponíveis. Tudo a preços razoáveis, juntamente com os preços dos pratos de comida em um restaurante 5 estrelas. Amei.

We had a Caesar salad which was delicious. There was also some homemade bread with it which we loved both because of the crunchy crust and the bread itself. The white wine we opted for, a chardonnay, was a good choice we felt, because it had a fresh somewhat sparkly taste. All in all a very nice meal with very attentive service. Reserve uma mesa agora

Durante a minha recente estadia com um amigo que jantaram duas noites em Peacock's Grill. Nós apreciamos a comida e o vinho imensamente. Bife de filete,Turbot,Piri Piri frango todos grandes com vegetais encantadores. O serviço foi excelente pela equipe realmente amigável em ambientes muito agradáveis. Noites mais agradáveis.

Peacocks is in the monte da Quinta hotel and is very good The restaurant had a new menu Each evening and some lovely food The salmon was delicious and well cooked We came back another night to eat it was that good Lovely wine and sangria Well recommended you won't be disappointed

Este é um lugar muito agradável para comer. A equipe é ótima e o serviço foi de primeira classe. A comida estava realmente boa. É um pouco caro, mas achamos que a comida e o serviço justificavam o custo. (comemos lá duas vezes durante nossa estadia de 5 noites)

My wife and I ate here on our first night at Monte da Quinta hotel. We both had fish, my wife sea bass and swordfish for me. Both meals were beautifully cooked and of high quality. I’d not hesitate to recommend eating here Reserve uma mesa agora

My friend and I had a delicious dinner here. I had the grouper 'en papillot ' and it was one of the best fish dishes I have ever had. Friendly, attentive staff and a lovely house rosé.

Excelente hospitalidade, música ao vivo nos fins de semana e excelente qualidade da comida. Pedidos especiais não são problema.
