Peet's Coffee Tea - Reservar uma mesa

Not the best experience; I placed a mobile order ~5 minutes before arriving. When I came in, the place was empty and the employees were in the back having a chat with one of their friends by the espresso machine, and saw me but ignored me when I came in and stood by the mobile order area. After two minutes I went and asked if they'd gotten a mobile order, and the guy working just handed me a drink that had been sitting there the whole time. He wasn't working the machine at all during this time, so the drink was apparently ready and waiting that whole time, but he just didn't care enough to bring it up when I walked in. Waste of my time for no reason. Will prefer the other Peets locations in...

Delicious coffee and fast service, but the place is dirty. The bathroom floor had lots of liquid on it and scraps of paper towels. The half and half was almost empty, needed to be refilled. No napkins, had to be restocked. Trash is full, and the condiment bar area had coffee spills, cinnamon powder, sticky sugar piles, and other debris on the surface. I tried to clean it up myself with the napkins I got from the barista. There's a sign on the door saying their mobile ordering is down, so go to the other location to pick up your food.

This is a nice local Peets located in the shopping plaza anchored by Whole Foods. They offer the full selection of food and brand items including coffee beans. Servers are pleasant and the barista on duty when I visited was very quick faster than the folks working on the food. Currently there?s very limited seating indoors and a small outdoor seating section.

Last time had a little hiccups but their coffee is great and customer service is awesome. Thank you one of my favorite place to get a coffee lilly thank you again for stepping up and providing great customer service. Love this place

This is my FAVORITE peets location in NoVa! Atmosphere inside is really nice and they have outdoor seating as well. The Americano is delicious and so is the pumpkin latte????
