Peet's Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

For the record I am a long time lover of Peet?s. I went into this Peet?s in San Mateo and ended up having to wait between five and 10 minutes for them to clear the orders ahead of me and, I guess, deal with their online orders. When it was finally my turn i ordered a coffee and asked the clerk if she would comp me a shot of espresso for my troubles. To which she responded, Twice, that she could not do that. I told her that if she couldn?t take care of a customer then I was going to walk and she just looked me in the eye and repeated, I can?t do that. So I left. Too bad, I won?t be coming back to this Pete?s, I don?t like the way they treat their customers.

This peets location is great. Able to social distance and are clean and organized. I appreciate the staff for having great customer service. Coffee is great and is not so hot nor cold but just right. Pastries are nice and fresh and their service is outstanding

This Peet's location is by far the worst one I have ever been to. And it is consistently bad. Do you purposefully serve day old coffee and rock hard breakfast sandwiches, or are you just that bad at your job?

Great place order everyday. Only thing sometimes is different coffee i like my coffee on Sundays mornings Don?t know who works but i love it more than other days

Great place and great coffee. It is pretty sad it allow people without mask sit inside.
