The quality of the food at this restaurant has been declining for some time. During our visit tonight, we ordered a chicken chow mein that was missing the chicken and many other ingredients. The Mongolian lamb was overcooked and extremely tough. We were disappointed with the overall experience and wondered what was happening in the kitchen. It took 1 hour and forty minutes for our order to arrive, and we had to reheat most of it ourselves. When I called to speak to the manager, they offered a £10 discount on our next order as compensation, but no refund. We have tried Peekking Wok twice now, hoping for a better experience the second time. Unfortunately, both times we ordered takeout, we had to wait for two hours only to be told that our order had been forgotten. We eventually received our food without any apology or compensation for the poor service. We will not be using Peekking Wok again.

first visit to this place very polite friendly welcome. I ordered a meal that was freshly cooked, it was still hot through the time when I got it home. I enjoyed my meal very much, although the special fried rice could have been better, but overall very beautiful. I would visit this place again if I was next a Chinese tasty bite.

Has the chef been replaced? We usually enjoy a delicious meal here, but recently the food has been bland and unappetizing. Very disappointed - it makes us reconsider coming back to this place.

only pulled into the opposite, first Chinese we had and it was fantastic! fast delivery, red hot food and absolutely delicious. we will definitely be using again. Thank you.
