Penn's Fish House Restaurants

We wanted to order the Wels party package for a party and they were too lazy to complete the order. They met us at the door and said they were just going through and told me they were from tea and I told them I don't need tea at all. Then the guys say? And the tea comes with it? that made me know he made excuses. Then he said they didn't have enough fish. Bunch of lazy losers. We went to the site of old Fanning and got the best customer service

The food is good but the guy who has answered the phone the last 2 times has been very rude!!! I tell him I want to place an order and he huffed a little and after every item I tell him I want he says ? is that all?? He acts like he doesn?t wanna be there.

We thought the auto-dru intercom didn't work because they were recognized so slowly, even when I said hi several times, I moved into the window and the worker had a stance with me to move. I'm not going back. Do my own chicken on a stick?

The food was still Penns it was good, but the waiting period was too long there were only two people serving and taking orders
