We drove two hours to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. At first, the wait staff was polite and sat us. There was one couple already seated. We ordered drinks and it took a long time to receive them. Meanwhile, 4 or 5 tables had filled up. It was then the service turned sour. All the people who had come in after us had been waited on and orders taken. It was as if we weren't there. One by one, the orders came out for the other tables, and we just sat there. Finally, someone took our order, and it took another 15-20 minutes for the food to come out. While eating, I wanted a refill on my drink. I tried everything to get someone's attention. Mediocre and underwhelming is how I would describe this establishment. I wouldn 't consider this fine dining The staff was nice but them cooking most of the meals on the dining area feels very tacky. Food was extremely disappointing. Beef Wellington was probably the worst I 've ever had. Lamb chomps, an absolute disaster, the whole plate was covered in a thick bbq like sauce. Caesar salad was soggy and oily, no crunch, tasted like dirt. Food was just not good, at least for the price that it is. We are so glad we took our friend's recommendation to drive up from Pueblo to enjoy dinner here in celebration of our anniversary! We started with an excellent seasonal appetizer of lobster and melon with a honey-ginger curry sauce. For dinner we ordered the two most popular steaks: the Pepper steak, and the Diane. It was fun to have the meat cooked right at the table side. Watching them make the fantastic sauces just added to the experience. My wife I both agree these were probably the best steaks we've ever eaten! The portions for dinner were great, and even left us with a little bit of room to try dessert. We used to bring my mother here quite often, when she could get out, and hadn't been back for several years. This was an Anniversary for my niece, visiting from OH, so we asked for a table to see the view. Sadly, they arrived before we did and were sat by the door, facing the doorway. We raved about the pepper steak, so everyone had it, and both my wife and I felt it wasn't nearly as flavorful as it used to be. The service was stellar, as usual, but I have to say, we left disappointed...and for a meal over $630 (before tip) for four people with a moderately priced (for Pepper Tree) wine of $140...the value just wasn't there for us anymore. We have been dining at the Peppertree for the past 30 years, under various owners and with the occasional menu changes. The signature Pepper Steak remains our favorite despite the now too chunky mango and lack of crunchy pepper corns of the past. The remodeled interior was overdue and well done! Sadly, as with many restaurants, the portions are smaller and menu prices elevated. Our most recent tab for the Pepper Steak dinner, one dessert each, no booze and a modest tip was $185 for two. Save for a very special occasion, we're getting priced out of many of our favorite restaurants. Thanks sleepy Joe.

Like everyone, I have had many fantastic and disappointing dinners and everything in between. This is the first time I have felt the need to leave a review.. This dinner was simply perfect, every aspect of it. I have not been able to stop thinking about my experience the following day. The leftovers were the highlight of my day, following the dinner, and I ate them at 10am because I could not wait any longer to have another taste.Food 10/10Drinks 10/10Service 10/10Everything 10/10Do yourself a favor and go.

Always an incredible experience. They could upgrade inside a. It, but the food and the service is tremendous. As for vale, well, you don't go there to save money and the experience is worth the contribution! We'll be back!

The Pepper Steak is killer. The best steak we (my wife and I both had the Pepper Steak) have ever eaten. The service was top notch. Highly recommend this fine dining restaurant. Plan to try Steak Diane next time. Reserve uma mesa agora

Once again, Peppertree did not fail. Amazing flavored food, great service! Sadly pricing like everywhere else is extreme. We will continue to frequent Peppertree, just not as often due to cost.

Very nice experience!! Parking: I really liked the thought that we didn't have to feed a parking meter while eating this fabulous dinner.
