I eat several times a week in Peps, the concept is great, few waste generated, the dishes are very good and varied! Two big reproaches still: Beef often comes from Germany... The Vegetop almost present in all deserts! As a reminder, vegetop is often the main ingredient and here is its composition: vegetable oils (25% (palmist, coconut, palm, rapeseed, palmist oil totally hydrogenated (8% , modified starch, emulsifiers : E472b, E435, E433, flavor, stabilizer : E407, coloring : beta carotene. Original concept, everything is in boots with choice. Entrance, dish and dessert for 17.80€. It's different from what you see and what you usually eat. I'll be back.
