Perfecto's Caffe - Reservar uma mesa

COVID has really affected this place. Used to be friendly and Max was more hands on. Current staff are either over worked or don't really care. Have been in twice recently, was treated rudely while placing a sandwich order both times, server was irritated that I didn't immediately tell her the kind of bagel I wanted but couldn't remember that I said no cheese and seemed upset when I reminded her. Was told that I had to line up again to get my coffee even though I had my sandwich and and paid for everything. By the lines in the store, you would think this was the only place to get a muffin or bagel but I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

Will never order from them again. After several mistakes on our company breakfast order we stopped going here. After a few months we decided to try it again. Again nothing but mistakes with office breakfast orders. Today another sandwich absurdly wrong. When I called to express my frustration about probably the 5th order that was wrong the owner sad sorry we made a mistake but I have a line of people in front of me and hung up.Thanks Perfectos for making sure someone didn't get their Christmas breakfast order, as usual.

I got a latte, a bagel and a muffin. Service was incredibly fast considering i was there during rush hour, the food was amazing! Best coffee and cafe in general in the area. Will certainly go back for more, this is my new fav spot!

Good and coffee is good. But every time I have come to this place and ordered online before. It takes 20-30 minutes past when they said it would be ready. Never waited so long anywhere before.

perfectos bagels are the best I ever had. we've been happy for as long as I remember. want to see a milk-free cream cheese option in future!
