I lived for three years in Peru, and I know their gastronomy well. now what is normally achieved in Peruvian food restaurants (outside Peru) are gourmet style. This restaurant tries to keep Peruvian food in its original state, nothing gourmet, which makes it interesting to visit and try so dishes. I've been there several times, and I assure you I'll still go. Good price-quality-cantity ratio. The only thing they need to improve is the problem of flies.
