I discovered as a guest "small homemade dishes". Verdunoise, I'd heard about it... and I hadn't been lied to! miniatures for aperio, terrines, rillettes, pâtés à se damner, salads, cupcakes of vegetables.... the hardest was to find a small place for dessert! I loved the "bergamot pavots seeds" in particular. Mmm!I had not dared to appeal to ppfm, but now I don't hesitate anymore. No matter what I ask, I am delighted with the service and the seriousness of the cook.

Whether it's sweet or salty, the recipes of homemade small dishes are always excellent and the smell they emit makes you want to throw yourself on the trays!
