Good evening. We ordered from the fixed menu, the dinner for 2. These include soup, appetizer, two entrees, rice and mini desserts for 2 persons. You save a few when you order from the Prix Fixe menu. I had the hot and acid soup, which was very thick and full of vegetables and tofu, but lacked in the bits of Bratpork usually found in this kind of soup. because 's a spice used in Szechuan cooking that I did not care, and it was present in the soup. I love American Chinese... and to bring out the exclusivity and classic taste from him to tongue and heart, is the place to be. A trip to this place is a necessary in relation to Gooood Fine Food Chinese. •Dynamite shrimps damn the spicy cream sriracha about the broken crispy shrimps is the sky! •Shrimp dumpling light and yet a tasteful contrast. •My Honey Shrimp over crispy pieces of rice and steamed brown rice talgy sweet (my craving and crisp, tasty! • noodles cooked along cucumbers to sweet hot chilli oil! Disappointing. The decor, the atmosphere and the drinks are fantastic. The food, although pretty to look at lacked in flavor and freshness. Chinese food that has been so Americanized that it almost felt like it was bought at a supermarket. I still had a good time and the food was not awful, but not an authentic Chinese cuisine experience.

We started with a hot and acid soup perfect for a snow and cold night. It was very hot as I like, but the flavors were not what I expected. Then I tried Pad Thai and it was a bit better, but I definitely tried other best P.F Chang's. It seems not all have the same way to cook and prepare.

Love it. I love PF changes, great taste and price is good. It took some time to get the food, but it was busy so that normal I think.
