P.f. Chang's Chinese Bistro

Had been over a year since visiting PF Chang's because the food and service were no longer that great...but we were craving Dan Dan Noodles. As we were seated, our waitress, TC, mentioned they were out of chicken. No problem. We weren't interested in ordering chicken anyway. Grief fell upon us when noticed Dan Dan noodles were no longer on the menu. (we had traveled nearly an hour and a half just for that) Waitress said no problem, the chef would be happy to prepare them for us (forgetting that they have chicken in the noodles). I love this P.F Chang's. The food is consistently fresh and well prepared and I've never received anything other than superb service. The cocktails are also always excellent.
