Phineas Q. Butterfat's Ice Cream Parlour

Its really bla.. more to cool down on a hot day. I ordered vanilla on waffle cone and asked for butterfinger topping and the new staff member with attitude said it couldn't be done.. her coworker chimed in and agreed this COULD be done... However, the vanilla ice cream tasted like spoiled milk but it wasn't worth walking back. My bf did enjoy the chocolate ice cream though.

This place has the good, fluffy, white soft serve (not the yellowed, icy kind). The cotton candy swirl kicked up the sweetness a little in the best way. This was really satisfying, and it may be the best soft serve I've ever had. This place is in a separate category from the other food at Universal Studios, which I found to be blecchh.

Expensive and not many options. Slow line because the staff do not even know what they are selling. There are not even 10 different items... They totally ruined my day at the park. Horrible horrible experience.

The ice cream is very good, I got the cookies an cream and things and it was bigger than I had expected but glad it wasn't hollow in the middle
