Pho Boston Vietnamese Cuisine

I was excited to read vegan Vietnamese food according to the reviews! While the server seemed completely knowledgeable when I informed about the three things that could be made vegan, she still brought the meal with the usual fish sauce on the plate. She swamped it for the peanut sauce and the Thai chili sauces she assured me to be vegan and assured me that the meal was not cooked with fish sauce. I couldn't help but think it tasted fishy. I was not very important to the duck or vegetarian fried dumplings. My non-vegan spouse didn't love his meal. We don't have to go back. Updated by previous rating on 2022-07-06

I recently moved from Boston and was looking for a good Pho place. I have to say this Pho is far better than any Pho I ever had in the city (and I’ve had a lot). The food here is super high quality and very reasonably priced- the chicken in particular always tastes fresh and is very tender, not rubbery like what you find at some other places. The people who work here are also always kind, efficient and very pleasant to interact with. Even the take out is great.

Ordered a few times from here. Sometimes it didn't feel good. When my wife asked about the vegan Pho, it turned out that the (loving) people were not clear on the concept, so it sometimes had chicken broth. Didn't order in recent years, that's why.
