Came today to try the PHO.The Broth which is the Main focal point was Smooth in the beginning then suddenly spike upwards with the Ginger, and spiked downward with another unknown spice, while the other semi sweet ingredients continuing in the middle of both, the ginger overcame all other flavors in the end.A good pho broth is Smooth~Rich~Tasty throughout the Ride(without any of the flavors spiking out of sequence)and each Spice side by side, Not in front or behind each other, ending all together…PHO Factory in Lincoln, NE has some of the best tasting PHO Broth yet to date.On the other hand, the Shaken Beef was GREAT, we loved the Nice sized Tender Cubed Beef soaking in the onions, garlic an...

The Bun Bo Hue here is absolutely top notch. It's so good I'll eat my soup super slow just yo enjoy it longer. Wish I could have it everyday. If you really want to kick it up a notch, substitute the meatballs with tendon and fatty brisket, add 3 scoops of their house pepper oil, and 4 globs of hoisin sauce. Thank me later.Vegetarian options: They have tofu.Kid-friendliness: The kids will love the soups.

An alright experience. Excellent service. Definitely better pho and vermicelli in the area. Again not bad but just not the best I've had.
