Pho Kobe - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered takeout from this restaurant. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was running 15 minutes late due to traffic and the food wasn't ready. The server I asked about my order was very rude and offered no apology, simply stating that it would be ready when it was ready. Finally, after waiting 20 minutes, my food was ready and I headed home. However, when I got home, I realized my dessert was missing. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, but they insisted I come back to pick up my dessert. The food I did receive was tasty, but the poor service I experienced means I won't be returning.

3.7 stars. This was my first visit to the restaurant. The dining room is simple and no frills. The prices are average for the current economic climate. I ordered vermicelli with grilled pork and an egg roll. The food came out quickly and was extremely flavorful. My only suggestion would be for the portions of grilled pork to be a bit larger. The server was polite and attentive. The parking lot is busy, so make sure to pay attention. This place is worth visiting when you're in the mood for pho.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. The staff is attentive and efficient. I have tried all of the lunch specials and the pho, and they have been delicious every time. The photo shows the chicken lo mein. My only complaint is that some soups listed on the menu are no longer available. They should update their menu. Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem.

I give the Steak beef pho a rating of 8 out of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant was very quiet, which I prefer, and not overly crowded. I had a great attitude of the staff and will definitely return when I am in the area again.
