Pho Noodles - Reservar uma mesa

This restaurant is lovely, with friendly staff and excellent food. I tried the spring rolls filled with vegetables and tofu, and they were delicious. They have a dedicated section on the menu for vegetarian options. I ordered a bowl of vegetarian pho, which tasted great. However, I was disappointed to find two small pieces of pork at the bottom of the bowl when I finished. It seems that the vegetarian pho may be based on a pork broth. The menu also features other stir-fries and noodle dishes, so there may be vegan options available. It's unfortunate because this restaurant has a lot of potential.

I prefer this restaurant over others in the central Phoenix area. They offer a great selection of sweets, which is why I choose them for vegan pho. Unlike many places, they include a variety of fresh vegetables like bok choy and broccoli. You really get the full experience here. The prices are reasonable, and the service is quick and friendly.
