Phở Pasteur - Reservar uma mesa

I come here for their awesome food. A good variety of the beef and fried catfish. What is don’t understand is why they place ice in the urinals. I hope they don’t reuse them.

Best Pho restaurant so far. Love the soup. The price is reasonable as well. Definitely come back next time
