Charming little family-owned pho restaurant! Pho Saigon is actually the first place I ever tried pho, over ten years ago, and it was the only pho spot in the area at that time. If you're craving pho, this should definitely be your go-to place, as it saves you from having to hop on 95 and drive north. I really appreciate that it's a family-run establishment, especially since Fredericksburg has been increasingly filled with franchises that just don't measure up. I absolutely love all of their appetizers; they are fantastic! Next time, I plan to try their boba drinks and calamari. I've enjoyed their fried rice and chicken served with crispy noodles, and everything I've tasted has been wonderful. I can't wait to sample the pho and a dessert on my next visit. The staff here are incredibly friendly and well-mannered. They treat you with such kindness that you really feel like part of their family. This restaurant consistently impresses and always offers new dishes to tantalize my taste buds. On my latest visit, I tried a new item: mini steamed buns, which come with four pieces and a dipping sauce. They were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Typically, I order the rice vermicelli with crispy rolls and fresh herbs, or the banh xeo served with lettuce and dipping sauce, but this time I opted for the beef pho. The broth was incredibly flavorful and outstanding. The service was fantastic, and the restaurant’s decor was lovely. It felt cozy, and the staff always treat you like family. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to newcomers.

I had a craving for Pho, and this meal definitely satisfied it. The portions were ample, and the service was swift. I opted for takeout, and the staff welcomed me as soon as I entered the restaurant, promptly preparing my order. I’ll definitely return to this place the next time I'm in town.

I have yet to find better Vietnamese food during all my travels, especially not with the level of care and personal touch that this wonderful family-run restaurant provides. It feels just like home when you walk in, although I certainly can’t replicate this incredible food on my own.

Typically, this restaurant is excellent, but today I ordered vegan broth and received chicken instead. I probably won't return anytime soon, which is disappointing since it was one of the few places where I could enjoy vegan pho. Food: 1/5.
