Pho Saigon Restaurant

I had pho several times in this restaurant, but had not much time so that I ordered for the pickup. interesting, as it came, a styrofoam bass broth. RAW cow on a blob noodle in another styrofoam box... and a bag of thai basil and sprout. the RAW-Rind had bled in the nudges. So I wasn't sure if I was eating or not. I put the bark in the broth and it for a little nuctus, but the **** noodles thrown out, .. it was a bit disgusting. . today broth was not very good. my last visit was much better. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Guelph. In fact I go there pretty much every Friday for lunch. The place is always busy during lunch hour because you get good food at a very fair price. The menu is typical for a Pho...restaurant which means filling and tasty. The place is clean and well run. Don’t expect fine linen or crystal. There is no art on the walls or mood lighting. This is a working man restaurant so if you have expectations of bow tied clad waiters or finely dressed hostesses go somewhere else! The place is run by a nice really nice family that is working hard to put their kids through university. Leave a big tip!

have heard wonderful things about eating, and it has not been disappointed! I shared the early rolls that were very good, and got the bark rice soup with bark meat the suppe was tasteful and the part was huge! will definitely be back.

this is a restaurant that I visited with my family and has never been left open. made fresh daily, we always had excellent Thai Vietnamese food.

I order the Vermicelli shell every time I go. it is absolutely delicious. only the correct amount.
