Pho Yo Bubble - Reservar uma mesa

I am sick today and didn’t feel like cooking. I didn’t know about this place and ran across it on GrubHub. I called the restaurant ahead of time to ask if they could make a bubble tea without milk… Many places will say no because it all comes together in a mix, but the owner answered and said he would be happy to do it, just to make note of it on the order. He even called back to make sure he had it right, and made me a special green tea with honey and lemon. Food was really good too! Will definitely be back!

Place looks clean and decent, but the restaurant would not turn on heat in winter. It was super cold inside (not much difference from outside). Only realized that after placing orders to dine in. Asked the waitresses, they were super nice and had no control over the temperature setting. Poor girls had to work in such environment. I asked the girls to pack my food so I can eat them at home. It’s such a bummer for a Saturday night food outing. Don’t think I will go back there (well at least during winter)

the boba is good and the staff were very friendly, but the temperature inside is much too hot for the summer time. I was in two times the last week and both the workers I saw were clearly overheated and sweating. these are not human working conditions for the employees, and no customer wants to enjoy their food in a restaurant that is warmer than the outside of the load. please turn on their air conditioning system!

Who knew Urbana had a delicious Bubble Tea Shop that also sells Pho!!! Definitely coming back here again.

Great Drinks, staff are friendly and prices are fair, the food there is also 10/10
