Phoenix Fire Grill and Bar

I already reviewed my visit here in late May, but I 'm not sure where I posted it! And, it seems to have disappeared! In any case, I got a response to the review asking that I email the restaurant and that management would get in touch with me. That was several weeks ago now and I haven 't heard a word. What my original review said was that the service was horrible, especially as our dinner went on. The one good thing I can say is it one of my friends was originally given an incorrect order, but she was told that she could take it home gratis. Was looking for someplace different to take my girlfriend out for dinner when I found The Phoenix Fire Bar And Grill. Neither of us have ever heard of it before but wanted to try it. Upon walking in you could immediately tell how clean and kept up the place was, not to mention updated and modern too! We ordered our food and was very impressed! Friendly staff and great food is more than enough to make us come back, and we WILL definitely come back. Can't say enough good things, if you are thinking about coming here please do not hesitate!

Came here because I wanted a good steak for my birthday. Paid $26 for the 14 oz. ribeye. It was very poorly trimmed and not seasoned at all. Of the 14 oz. I was able to eat maybe 8 of that. Way too much inedible fat. Also got the French onion soup, which was very boring. Together my wife and I paid $120 for my special birthday dinner and were extremely unsatisfied. She also got the ribeye and had the exact same complaints.

The food was delicious and everything came out fast! I had a problem with my order and it was promptly fixed. They went above and beyond when fixing it. The manager, Lorri, was very friendly and addressed any questions we had. Even though they were obviously short staffed the service was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Recommended to eat here. Was 1st and WILL be the LAST time!!! Steaks were like shoe leather and baked potatoes not fully cooked. It was very disappointing and expensive.
