Phonomenal Vietnamese Cafe

this is one of my favorite restaurants in victoria. I've eaten here since I was a university student. but I found three haare in my pho yesterday. it was honest, really rough and disappointing, because my friend went to the restaurant for the first time. I hope the owner can improve the quality of the food.

we usually love ordering from here, and I love ordering their vegetarian option. However, I was told today at the order via the phone that the vegetarian option was “to go to be rough”. it was delicious as always, although a commentary on my diet was unnecessary.

it was a terrible experience, we had to repay, we had not even order 2. we finished with 24 salat rolls.

Decent flavors, but the quality of the meat in the spicy Pho was very disappointing. I couldn't eat it.
