Pic Du Midi - Reservar uma mesa

You're on top of the world up here and on a sunny day you can sit at an outside table at this restaurant and see this magnificent panorama while enjoying a lunch that is quite reasonably priced, given that everything has to be hauled up nearly 10,000 feet before it reaches the chef or you. And, an unexpected bonus in this region, there was actually a real vegetarian main course on the menu no special negotiation required. My wife and daughter had this (wild mushroom risotto a cliche in England but a godsend here) and were surprised at how good it was. I had competently cooked salmon. Naturally we'd had to wait for a table but the staff were unfailingly helpful and pleasant and spoke at least...

The visit to Pic Du Midi was real great. First critique: the food was not really good, the lamb was definitivly not fresh and served crude, the first dish, a tartare of tunfish was also not convincing very much. As desert, an applepie was served, this was really delicious, last but not least Second critique: we were a group of 7 people from different countries and we booked through Internet to get a english tour for the telescope observation, only a Lady from the animators was very kind and tried to explain us everything. The rest of the organization was not very likely to support us. Resume: going up to Pic du Midi is a must! But don't eat there and if you don't speak French, don't book the...

Pic du Midi is exceptional and having lunch there can't be average.Just after arriving to the top we made a resevation for later lunch and it was a good decision.Breathtaking landscape outside the windows , good food there are set menus to choose from and delicious wine.Decent service.

Visited pic du midi with friends and family on Monday. We had the opportunity to dine in the the restaurant. The food was incredible and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this to anyone that has the chance to visit the pic du midi.

2 cable cars to the summit of pic du midi, great ride and stunning scenery. Make sure you book your table at the restaurant up at the summit as it gets booked up quickly. The food and service is excellent
