Piccolo Trattoria - Reservar uma mesa

I am a fan of al dente but my gnocchi was rock hard. The guys with me had sandwiches which are hard to mess up. People who like this place talk about the pizza so maybe that's the ticket. Service was pretty bad but they were swamped and there were only a couple of people working. Sorry, this is the truth. Patio lacked charm, I had to go inside to get a glass of water to swallow my food.

Definitely not worth the money. I got a small meats pizza and they didn't put bacon on it, which comes on it. I also got a vegetarian pizza, and the mushrooms smelled old. Also the salt on the tables were wet and I poured it on my pizza before noticing. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cashier was polite.

Smaller than expected. A little divy, but clean. Limited inside seating a bit crowded. More choices outside. Lovely friendly wait service. Fast delivery of food. Very tasty dishes. Reasonably priced. Can get a little noisy inside, especially when school kids show up.

Ordered pasta and was told it would be 20 minutes but 45 minutes later we were still waiting as they were too busy doing deliveries rather than dine in customers then when we ate the meals it was all pasta and not much sauce. Will never go back.

Excelente, service and delicious Pizza-Pasta. Joselyn made the day. This will be a must on my next trips to Roosevelt Island.
