Pick Thai - Reservar uma mesa

I think the server staff were decent. Whoever helped me box my stuff was kind.I asked for my burger lettuce-wrapped, and ended up getting a burger in a tortilla wrap. I understand how there was a communication error. So I got it sent back, and they replaced it with lettuce. Halfway eating through it, I found some tortilla still on it, which confirmed they re-wrapped the original; this explained why it was not hot. The burger was also not cooked medium as I asked either, so it was drier than I would have liked. I'm just disappointed with the whole experience.After paying, we noticed later that gratuity was automatically added and we accidentally tipped on top of it :

I have done carryout here for about 4 times now and I don't have any complaints about it. Food is delicious and prices are good. I'm selective on pad Thai and this is one of my favorites in the Crofton area. I actually bring this all the way home to the Eastern shore since we don't have any Thai restaurants this good near my small town. I like this place and besides the food the people working there are always friendly. I noticed they now have a digital menu when you enter now which makes the place light up more and seems very inviting which is cool and I hope it attracts passerby's.

The Asian lady, is very rude and impatient. They never say hi or hello or don’t even greet you. Rude as hell. Idk how these people run a business like this. People come here to spend money, customer service is awful. Especially the Asian lady. She always seems to be mad and rude

This place is take out, no dine-in, even though on the door it says both take in or dine out. We moved on. I noticed there were people coming in to pick up orders so it must have a good following.

Must say this is the best Thai restaurant in Crofton. I love their Crab Pad Thai. Other dishes are worth trying too.
