Pierrot Gourmet At The Peninsula

we plan our third visit on the half island chicago for christmas. we moved from the middle west to the west coast and miss the holiday lights and cheer back in our hometown, so we thought we would spend a few days at michigan ave who enjoy light and solid. we have booked an executive suite about amex fine hotels and resorts and then maria zec, the general manager (who was very helpful at our last visit) to ask our favourite room or one on a similar floor. that was a few weeks ago and we didn't hear a word. we then sent a second email (with max schroeder cc’d on it). nothing. nada. zip. glutton to the penalty, we sent a 3rd email and not yet heard. I know it's a difficult time for hotels, but...

A wonderful hotel with outstanding service, comfortable and well-appointed rooms in a great location. I've been coming here for many years and it is my favorite hotel in Chicago! 5+ stars!

beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff and fabulous restaurants (the lobby and shanghai terrace) and rooftop lounge (z bar)!

the continental is not good. but Ei-Benedict is sooo beautiful!
