I spoke to 3 different employees barely. The main black female manager on early morning Sunday was the most tolerable to guest. Before that interaction I was waken up at 5:30am in a regular parking space and told to move which is no problem. So I moved to the front of the building to take a shower. I called to speak to a manager just to be sure I could park here and shower. The lady said oh your that guy we was going to have security remove you. Then she says if your coming in and taking a shower and leaving then ok. Lol ok. That 's how you speak to paying professional drivers. There is no signs how could I possibly know. This is a special Shout out to Gwenn on the graveyard shift. This lady has always had a Smile on her face an she has the best customer service. She has always gone above and beyond to accomodate me. I appreciate her. Thank you for making my experience at this Pilot the best Always

Use to be you were welcomed in with a greeting and smile. Now it's like they are all angry that drivers come in. Toilets are dirty, and coffee counter needs attention.Guess it's Loves or Walmart from now on. So sad this used to be the best back in the day.
