Pilu at Freshwater

Friday lunch with my wife! Rare for her to have a day off so we took advantage of it and Pilu made it so special.I hadn’t been for a few years and I won’t be waiting a few years to go again it was that good we might be going again next week/month.The snapper,fabulous,the sardinian ravioli was WOW factor delicious but my ‘special for the day’risotto with truffles grated over it (by Mr Pilu himself at the table) was as good as it gets a wonderful plate.Service was relaxed and impeccable.We are very lucky to have Pilu on the northern beaches.

Amazing long lunch for a hens party of 10. Private room with balcony and gorgeous views of freshie beach. Excellent communication leading up to our lunch. Service was outstanding and faultless. We had the four course sharing menu along with the beverage package. Our drinks were constantly topped up and excellent cocktails All courses were absolutely delicious and all dietaries were accommodated for. Looking forward to returning.

Had a lovely meal with my friends we had the tasting menu with the premium wine pairing. The food was really good and you didn’t leave feeling hungry as you sometimes can in theses places. Be sure to book a window table if you can the view is stunning. We were kindly moved as one became available.

My partner and I visit Pilu for our anniversary. The service was exceptional, the food was phenomenal and the overall experience was a really highlight of our time so far in Sydney.

A wonderful special birthday lunch. Spectacular food with a focus on seafood, service and setting. Great vegetarian and pesacatarian options. Would highly recommend!
