Pizza Express - Reservar uma mesa

The food was good as expected but the service was as always terrible. They need a good manager! The staff were all stood around drinking and laughing. No rush to serve or clear tables. We were not asked if we wanted more drinks, if we had everything that we ordered, if our meals were ok. The kids weren’t offered pencils to do the activities on the menu. We had to ask for our table to be cleared so we could order dessert. Kitchen staff had to repeatedly ask for service as food was sitting waiting to be taken to customers. Very disappointed as the restaurant wasn’t busy the staff just need some organisation and delegation.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we found it completely empty. Unfortunately, a rude woman informed us that we would have to wait 10 minutes for a table as there were no tables available for five people. We requested two separate tables - one for two people and another for three - but were told we would still have to wait the same amount of time. When we asked for her name to file a complaint, she refused to provide it and began speaking in Polish. This occurred yesterday around 7pm. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

This restaurant is top-notch, with excellent service and delicious food of equal quality. I've been enjoying the experience for a while now while working freelance at Pinewood Studios. It's not your typical pizza place - definitely worth a visit!

I never meet in my life more rudely staff. Please Avoid this place as is such a scheme for pizza express having employee like that.

For a restaurant at a service station we were surprised how good it was. The pizzas were good quality and the service was good
