Pizza Factory - Reservar uma mesa

The food was good so the experience was worth it, but the place lacked customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas, mozzarella sticks and a dozen wings for me and the woman and our 4 children. There were no napkins or plates. Worker just fell and dipped, no smile really words. It was not busy and many employees, can only say no one is trained to take care of their guests. It would have been a while different experience with simple service and follow up. Especially since it costs over 60 dollars

The staff are so friendly and willing to help. The atmosphere is typical of a pizza place. Next to your own brick oven pizza, this place is some of the best Pizza anywhere. THey have ice cold beer on tap with frozen glasses to boot! And a full bar for those wanting something other than beer. They broadcast local sports on the many tv?s that are there making it the best spot (and affordable I may add) to watch a game, enjoy great food, and have great service.

Female worker who took our order was very rude. I even asked her if she had a bad day. When she brought our pizza, she'll just be rude and go away. Sad that such a beautiful place has such terrible workers

The first time to come here and the food was amazing .way better then Nicks II. The breadsticks are amazing. The woman and 4 kids stole it and they loved it too. Thank God for their cherry coke.

Best Pizza I had a long time! Great place to take the family. Nice friendly service.
