I placed my order while at the movies, the movie ended early so I arrived to Pizza Hut at 515 pm approx. As I approached the window the first thing I noticed was the 2 staff members I did see seem stressed. One gentleman was on the phone, the young lady with blonde hair at the window was trying to answer other calls and handle the window. I?ve worked in customer service so I understand things happen so I was patient. I explained to her what happened she could not find my order and insisted it was under the name ?James?.
